Recon^® Browser Compatibility

USB and BLE hardware workflows are tested primarily on Chromium-based desktop browsers.

• Recommended: Chrome or Edge (latest stable).
• Limited/unsupported: Safari and Firefox for Web Serial/Web Bluetooth workflows.
• Offspring^™ session downloads require Web Serial (Chrome or Edge). Offspring^™ data-file import is not available.

Fallback Workflow

1. Use Add Devices to continue report entry without Recon^® hardware.
2. Switch to a supported Chromium browser when you need USB/BLE Recon^® download.
3. Return to your account to finalize report generation.
